What Information Is Disclosed to Outside Parties

GSS does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not however include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing service to you, as long as those parties agree to keep your personal information confidential. We reserve the right to release your personal information when we believe that it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our website policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Office Supplies

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the merchandise for a credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase with your original receipt or invoice number. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, in the company's current catalog offering and must include all packing material.


Due to the constant changes in technology, we will only accept returns within 14 days of receipt. This includes all toners, software, computers, monitors, laptops/notebooks, copiers, all in one machines, fax machines, printers, digital cameras, modems, peripherals, hand held computers, scanners, all phones, and networking products.*

Special Orders

Special orders such as custom stamps, printing, advertising merchandise, etc. may not be returned and/or may be subject to a re-stocking fee.


Furniture is known to have natural wear and tear and therefore can only be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returns due to customer error will be charged a re-stocking fee. All custom orders are made to the customer's specifications and cannot be returned unless the product is defective at the time of installation.

Used Products

Used products are sold "AS IS" and cannot be returned. No warranties apply.

If payment is made by cash or check, refunds will be paid by check. If the product was charged to a credit card, a credit will be made to that card. If you have an open account, your account will be issued a credit within 21 days.
All returns must be in its original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original signed receipt or packing list with a return authorization.
All returns must be submitted through the internet at Re-stocking fees may apply.
